- Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Dental Rehabilitation can become necessary in cases where the majority of a patient’s teeth need restoring or replacing and requires a great level of expertise to deliver results that both look natural and give long-lasting stability.
At the Oatlands Referral Centre our practitioners are constantly improving their skill set and undergoing further training so that we can deliver these results.
Our practitioners have years of training and experience, and continuously update their knowledge and skills set. We regularly update our dental equipment and technology to provide our patients the very best in modern, reliable and comfortable dentistry.

The process begins with an initial consultation where we assess the condition of the patient’s teeth, gums and surrounding bone tissue and discuss the patient’s desired results before mapping out a course of action and ensuring that they are completely happy with what it will entail. The assessment process may also include X-rays, photographs, dental moulds and articulation records to fully determine the condition of the existing teeth.
Where required, we also assess the surrounding gum and bone tissue, to determine whether there is sufficient support for a dental implant, for instance. We also pay close attention to the gum lines and symmetry to ensure we can replicate a natural result, and in some cases even adapt the existing gum line to optimise aesthetic results. This can be achieved by, for instance gum grafting, and crown lengthening procedures. The end results always look natural and function just like the patient’s own teeth.
A full dental rehabilitation can seem like a daunting process so we ensure that patients fully understand each step of the treatment process, and that maintenance of the treatment is clearly explained. Our dentists and our friendly team and are always available to answer any queries – patients come first at Oatlands Referral Centre.
