Is there parking at the practice?

Yes, there is a pay and display car park very nearby (just a 2 minute walk away) and also residential parking close to the practice.

How do I find out the outcome of my patient’s assessment?

We will write to you after the patient’s assessment to let you know our findings and recommended course of action. We keep you informed of the patient’s progress every step of the way and once the treatment is complete we refer them back to you with any necessary after care advice.

What does my patient need to take with them to their appointment?

The client just needs to take along themselves as well as a list of any medications they are taking and any questions they may have. If you have any relevant X-rays of copies of any notes this may be useful, though not compulsory. Our Dentists shall carry out their own full case assessment and take any X-rays, which may be necessary.

The patient needs treatment now but would like to spread the cost, is this possible?

In a word, yes. We can offer 0% finance to patients should they pass the credit checks. This allows them to receive their treatment as soon as possible but spread the cost over months or years.

Can the patient take somebody with them to their appointment?

Your patient is welcome to bring along a friend or family member so that they feel comfortable and to help them make decisions regarding their treatment options. Having someone with them can help to reassure nervous patients.

My patient is nervous, how can you help them?

We are very experienced with treating nervous patients and have specially designed the dental lounge to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed. As well as relaxation techniques, we can offer intravenous sedation and an anaesthetic “wand” for patients who want to avoid needles.

Can a patient self-refer?

Patients who do not currently have a dentist can refer themselves to us by using a quick online questionnaire on our website.
