Dentures previously had a reputation of looking false, feeling uncomfortable and compromising people’s ability to eat and talk but our leading practitioner Dr Neil Paryani uses a host of extra-clinical skills to create natural looking dentures that are both comfortable and fit perfectly.

We create various different dentures such as partial dentures, complete dentures and implant assisted dentures that fit missing teeth as necessary and are removable for easy cleaning. We offer a range of options including

We offer full, partial, acrylic, chrome, flexible and implant retained dentures. Care each taken at each intricate step to ensure that accurate casts are used to carefully design each denture paying respect to soft tissue anatomy, aesthetics and maximising retention. We liaise carefully with our laboratories to ensure comfort and fit of such prostheses.

When do we recommend dentures?

In cases where gum disease and bone loss can negate the possibility of dental implants sometimes fixed or removable dentures may be a better option. They can also act as a stand-in transitional option whilst the soft and hard tissues can heal from extractions, grafts or surgery until the permanent replacement teeth can be implanted.
We assess each patient’s individual circumstances including age, health and dental requirements and then provide a written treatment plan. We also ensure that the treatment plan accommodates the patient’s financial situation.
